![]() ![]() Time it took for my kids to get shoes and socks off and gather all our stuff it was a race to get the one remaining locker with key left. We had first slot of the day, so second family through the door, but over 3/4 of lockers were either already in use (assume staff as no other customers) or lockers were open and no keys in door. Bought socks on arrival, no issue.that's the good bits. ![]() Found a head office email but surprise suprise no response from them either.īooked online, no issue. Asked for a an email address to complain to which actually doesn't exist. Free refills however, by the time you're served ( you can't order at the bar-you have to scan qr code at your table, download an app, register with them and wait for your order to be delivered) kids didn't have time to refill as only had an hours slot. Unable to buy just a jug of squash, so nearly passed out when I was charged nearly £25 for 5 slushy drinks. ![]() The place is boiling hot, the kids were sweating before they even got on a trampoline. If it wasn't for the fact it was a birthday treat I would've left then and there. After trying to discuss how health and safety can be adhered to with either teeny tiny socks or ones flapping off their feet I realised I was wasting my time. They were huge so I asked for smaller ones, but was then given xxs which were tiny, toddler size! I was told they had a a supply issue. I was then given xl sizes for kids aged 7-10. I suspect its more to do with money but anyway I agreed to buy 5 new pairs at £2 a go. ![]() They all had Boost trampoline socks on but on arrival we were told we had to purchase Flip Out ones for health and safety reasons. I had 5 kids with me at £12 a head which is quite expensive but a birthday treat. ![]()
